Currently, the National Weather Service Huntsville does not transmit a feed to be heard online.  This is due to delays with within apps, buffering, or potentially recorded messages.  This means you may not get up-to-date information via an online app.  Therefore, we recommend you purchase a weather radio for a nominal price.  Below are the settings needed to setup your weather radio.
